The Maidens won the battle of the boards over the Lady Wolves. Leading the team in rebounds was Taylor with 11 followed by Landry with 6, CEra 5, Melody 5, Delaney 4, and Emma 2.
Overall, I felt really good about us defeating a well coached Colorado City team. I was very proud of the girls. It was great experience for our team to be down 5 points midway through the third quarter and come back to win the game by 9 points. That type of game and experience will be very valuable down the road, head coach Blake Eddleman said.
